Inside the system, a directional control valve continuously reverses the airflow, which allows the air piston to move up and down repeatedly. The pneumatic grease pump has the following core performance parameters: Pressure Ratio, Grease Output, and Applicable Viscosity. 

The Pressure Ratio reflects how effectively the pump converts air supply pressure into higher output pressure, a higher ratio directly improves usability in demanding conditions—meaning you can achieve strong performance even with lower input pressure.
